Equinor to participate in WindExpo Spring 2023 Exhibition and Seminar
Equinor will have a booth together with the Norwegian Embassy at WindExpo Spring 2023 at Tokyo Big Sight from March 15-17, 2023. Our principal engineer Junji Shimazaki will also hold a presentation on new technologies in business development.
On the first day, March 15, from 15: 45 at the venue, our principal engineer for Platform Technology Junji Shimazaki will present a seminar on "Process Management & Challenges in Offshore Wind Power Project Development". We will talk about how our company is identifying new technologies in business development based on our track record in the large-scale and commercialization of floating wind farms.
“We see WIND EXPO as an important event where the government, developers and suppliers will meet to discuss important aspects about developing the offshore wind industry in Japan. We’re happy to take part both with speakers and as an exhibitor together with the wider Team Norway”, says Equinor’s Country Manger in Japan Ole Christian Willumsen.
